We have experience with both locally owned and nationally franchised real estate companies, and we chose to become an independent firm to better serve you, our clients. As independent brokers, we can concentrate more of our time and efforts on your needs, not office concerns. And we don't treat you as if you're just another sales statistic. We're not concerned with being the biggest, just the best.

It's hard to explain why we're different. We don't have hundreds of buyers and sellers, and we don't list hundreds of houses. Instead, we listen to you and help you create a "Needs, Wants and Desires" list. We then spend the time to find you those things, whether it's the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood or the perfect buyer for the house you love and hate to leave but must because your needs have changed.

We love what we do, and it shows. Maybe that's what makes us different. We pride ourselves on educating our customers so they can make the most informed decisions.
