About Liz Foley:
Liz is an Indianapolis native raised on the Northside. Prior to her career in real estate she was a small business owner and teacher, and now has over twenty years experience in sales. Her mother, Sara Foley, was a real estate broker for over thirty years, so Liz is a second generation REALTOR who "grew up" in real estate!
She earned her real estate license in 1993 and her Broker's license soon after. She affiliated with Re/Max in 1994 and was one of their Top 100 agents in Indiana before breaking away to start Liz Foley Real Estate in 1998.
In addition to her real estate selling, Liz has also been actively involved in the design, building and remodeling of homes. Her original career path of Interior Design laid a great foundation for her to build on and demonstrate to clients and prospective buyers how to optimize a property's hidden potential with the right design and remodeling ideas.
Liz has gained respect within the real estate community for her integrity and negotiating skills as well as the reputation she has earned with her customers for exceeding their expectations while serving their needs.
About Tim Russell:
Tim has lived in Indianapolis all of his adult life. He had a 30 year career with Indiana Bell / Ameritech / AT&T, primarily in marketing, sales, and sales management, then took early retirement in December, 2004.
He got his real estate license in 1994 while still working for AT&T, and pursued the business part time during his last 10 years in telecommunications. After retiring, he took a 15 month sabbatical before joining Liz Foley Real Estate in May, 2006. Tim has been serving as a licensed Realtor and the Business Manager for Liz Foley Real Estate, and has found a passion for this "second career" in life. His sales and customer service experience have served him well in blending in with Liz and her successful business.
Tim lives in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis and is a proud father and grandfather.
